Our New House
We are on the cusp of making the dream of a new house a reality. The time has come for us to band together for the greatest single endeavor in the long history of this great organization. We all have had experiences, friends, and a bond that has made us who we are. We are asking EACH of you to help us in this endeavor, so that our bond may continue to flourish and grow for future generations to enjoy.

The Dream is Now
We cannot complete this dream without you. The fundraising for this exciting project can be broken into two separate parts: the initial need and the long term need. The initial need is for the down payment. This down payment is planned to be about 20-30% of the total cost of the house. This initial amount will be needed at the time we secure long term financing in May of 2010. We hope to raise approximately $300,000 by that date. The secondary need is for pledged gifts over time. These gifts will supplement the operation of the facility and a portion of these gifts will be saved to improve our position in 2017 when the loan could be renegotiated. We hope to hold the current investment balance in reserve for future needs. We are asking that you would consider both a gift for the immediate need as well as a pledged gift for the future need.
